How do I disconnect products on my store?
Disconnecting a product does not remove it from your platform. It just means that Mothership no longer updates its inventory, pricing, or accepts orders for those products.
You can only disconnect products when you have auto-reconnect disabled.
Disable this option by configuring the product export setting under Supplier section in the left-hand menu of your Mothership Portal.
Follow the guide below if you need to disconnect a supplier's product from your store:
- Navigate to the product page by clicking Products in the left-hand menu
- Find the product you want to disconnect and open the product configuration page by clicking on it.
- Click Disconnect button seen at the very top of the product page.
- Confirm the action to finalize the disconnection.
