How do I prevent Mothership to automatically fulfill my orders?

To enable manual fulfillment requests, open up the Mothership portal, click on integrations on the left, and then click on manage next to Shopify. 

On the next page, select manual under the order fulfillment strategy and then click save. 

Going forward, you will need to manually request fulfillment on the orders in Shopify. Please be advised that if the item is stocked at more than one location you may need to change the fulfillment location.
